[Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The CHIEF JUSTICE] Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent No.2 may be directed to take steps to perform CTCAComputer Tomography Coronary Angiography, Emergency, Angioplasty, Coronary and artery Bypass Graft Surgery and Coronary Artery Bypass Graft Surgery Open heart surgery and life saving operations in all Government Medical College hospitals during night hours in the State.

3. The petition is filed making generalised averments. Unless certain instances are given as to emergent medical attention being required and not provided for, the case in general terms cannot be considered.
4. If the petitioner comes across some instances of the emergency medical aid not being provided in the night time in the Government Medical College Hospitals, then, the petitioner may agitate in respect of the same.
5. The Writ Petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
