2. Heard the learned DSG for the respondents. By the impugned orders, the contract awarded to the petitioner has been terminated. He had also been debarred from participating in similar tender called for by the Divisional Engineer for a certain period from the date of issue of the termination order. The period has long since expired. Nothing survives for further adjudication.
