The writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to issue separate patta in the name of the petitioner in respect of the property situate in Old S.No. 257, New Town S.No.1/1 in Ward D, Block 19, Kadayanallur Municipality, Tenkasi District, by considering his representation, dated 23.06.2025.
2.Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2/7
3.The petitioner purchased the subject property with an extent of 2006 sq.ft under registered sale deed No.1519/2024 registered on the file of the Sub Registrar, Kadaiyanalur. In spite of several online applications submitted by the petitioner seeking issuance of separate patta for the property purchased by him, the same have been rejected on the ground that there was error in the digital records. Therefore, the petitioner submitted instant representation seeking issuance of separate patta, but the same has not been considered. Hence, he has come before this Court.
4.The learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for respondents on written instruction from the third respondent would submit that necessary proposal will be submitted before the second respondent for correction of digital records and separate patta will be issued to the petitioner.

6.When the discrepancy with regard to the date in the written instructions is pointed out, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the date of the written instructions is 06.08.2025 and the date is wrongly mentioned as 06.06.2025. The said submission is recorded.
7.In the view of the definite stand taken by the respondents that necessary proposal will be submitted before the second respondent for carrying out correction in the digital records and thereafter, separate patta will be issued to the petitioner, the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to complete the process and issue separate patta in the name of the petitioner, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
8.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
