ORDER
This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw the case in H.M.O.P.No.20 of 2022 on the file of the Sub Court, Nagapattinam and transfer the same to the Additional Sub Court, Kumbakonam to be tried along with H.M.O.P.No.140 of 2022 on the file of the Additional Sub Court, Kumbakonam. 2.There is no representation on behalf of the respondent, though the name of the respondent is printed in the cause list. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons given in the affidavit, this Court is inclined to transfer H.M.O.P.No.20 of 2022 pending on the file of Sub Court, Nagapattinam to the Additional Sub Court, Kumbakonam for final disposal. The Sub Court, Nagapattinam is directed to transmit the papers to the file of the Additional Sub Court, Kumbakonam forthwith. The Additional Sub Court, Kumbakonam is directed to dispose H.M.O.P.No.20 of 2022 along with H.M.O.P.No.140 of 2022 on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
