ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to initiate departmental action as against the 4th respondent on the basis of an F.I.R that was registered as against the 4th respondent in Crime No.31 of 2015 on the file of the Ilayangudi Police Station.
2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the 4th respondent, the said F.I.R was closed as mistake of fact on 19.02.2015. Hence, I find that the question of issuing mandamus to initiate action as against the 4th respondent does not survive any longer. 2/4
