Prayer :- This petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to direct the Principal District Judge, Tirucharapalli to dispose the Election O.P.No.107/2022 on the file of Principal District Judge, Tirucharapalli within the time frame as fixed by this Court.

ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition is coming on for orders on this day under the caption "EXTENSION OF TIME FOR LOWER COURT" and upon perusing earlier order of this court dated 15.03.2023 and the requisition letter submitted by the Principal District Judge, Trichy in D.No.7239, dated 09.08.2023, seeking further extension of three months time for disposal of the case in Election O.P.No.107/2022 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Trichy, this Court made the following order:

By an order dated 01.11.2022, the learned Principal District Judge, Tiruchirappalli was directed to dispose of Election O.P.No.107 of 2022 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

2. Thereafter, the learned Principal District Judge, Tiruchirappalli, by his letter dated 01.03.2023 bearing reference D.No.1832, had requested a further extension of time to dispose of the Election O.P. By an order dated 15.03.2023, the time was extended by three months.

3. Now, the learned Principal District Judge, Tiruchirappalli, by his letter dated 09.08.2023 bearing reference D.No.7239, had requested a further extension of time to dispose of the Election O.P. In the said letter dated 09.08.2023, the the 2/4

learned Principal District Judge, Tiruchirappalli has given reasons for non-disposal of Election O.P..

4. Being satisfied with the reasons given in the letter dated 09.08.2023, the time for disposal of the Election O.P. is extended by two months. It is made clear that no further extension will be granted.
