COMMON PRAYER: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records on the file of the respondent in connection with the impugned orders passed by him vide his proceedings in O.Mu.A5/1740/2021, O.Mu.A5/1739/2021, O.Mu.A5/1742/2021 and O.Mu.A5/1741/2021 dated 05.07.2021 quashing it illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondent to issue the writ petitioners the certificate of one person with two different names within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.

(in all the petitions) For Petitioner : M/s.M.Anbarasi For Respondent : Mr.A.K.Manikkam Special Government Pleader COMMON ORDER These Writ Petitions are directed against the orders dated 05.07.2021 passed by the respondent and for direction to the respondent to issue a certificate that the writ petitioner is one person with two different names within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.

2. No doubt, the writ petitioners have claimed the relief to issue a certificate stating that both the names of Pandaram @ Palavesam refer to 2/4

the same person i.e., petitioner in W.P.(MD)No.21064 of 2021, Jayaraj @ Raj refer to the same person i.e., petitioner in W.P.(MD)No.21065 of 2021, Sakthikumar @ Subbaiah refer to the same person i.e., petitioner in W.P.(MD)No.21066 of 2021 and Paulraj @ Palu refer to the same person i.e., petitioner in W.P.(MD)No.21067 of 2021.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioners would submit that the writ petitioners may be permitted to withdraw these petitions with liberty to file civil suit before the competent civil Court.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioners, these Writ Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn.
