Respondent PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to issue individual patta to the Petitioner's land based on the Registered Sale Deed No.16/2021, dated 05.01.2021, total extent of 3239 sq. fts 7.44 cents by considering the Petitioner's representation on 16.08.2021, 14.09.2021 and 13.10.2021.

By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2.The petitioner claims title by virtue of a sale deed, dated 05.01.2021 which document has been registered as document No.16 of 2021 in the Office of the Sub Registrar, Natham, with respect to the property measuring 3239 square feet, which is in Survey No.215/1 and 215/2, New Survey No.215/40 in Kovilpatty Village, Kattu Periya Kulam Street, Natham Taluk, Dindigul District.
3.The petitioner claims that subsequently, seeking patta, the petitioner had made representation to the respondent/Tahsildar of Natham Taluk in Dindigul District. Necessary fees has also been paid.
4.In view of this development, it is only proper that the Tahsildar, enquires the petitioner, examines the documents relating to the title of property, issues notice to anybody else who might be either directly or otherwise connected with the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P(MD)No.21099 of 2021 property or interested in the grant of patta to the petitioner and after coming to subjective satisfaction, do the necessary needful. The entire exercise may be completed within a period of twelve
(12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.The writ petition stands disposed of on the above terms. No costs.
