ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents and the learned counsel appearing for the thirteenth respondent.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that a pucca road to Linganayakkanpatti from Nalluthevanpatti is not being laid on account of encroachments. He wants the encroachments to be removed and the road laid.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions submitted that under a new scheme, formation of road to Linganayakkanpatti has been sanctioned and it is to be laid 3/6

shortly. It is further stated that if any encroachments are found, the same will be removed.

4. Recording the said submission of the official respondents, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
