O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking for police protection in order to enable the petitioner to construct the compound wall for the Temple.

2.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent is a private dispute and therefore, the police will not interfere with the same and give any police protection. However, an FIR was registered as against the third respondent and a final report was filed and the case is now at the stage of final arguments.

3.Recording the above submission, this writ petition stands disposed of.
