ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offence under Sections 364(A), 384 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.12 of 2023, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that due to money dispute between the parties, the petitioner along with other accused, abducted the defacto complainant and snatched his gold chain and cash of Rs.7,000/- and also threatened him. Hence, the complaint.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material records of the case.

4. Considering the nature of allegation that the defacto complainant was abducted and threatened to settle the issues and also considering the fact that the petitioner has got eight previous cases, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail
