2. It appears that the writ petitioner is no more. By the impugned order, the temple was ordered to be locked and the key was directed to be handed over to the jurisdictional Tahsildar.

3. When the matter was taken up for final hearing, it is submitted by the learned Additional Government Pleader that 2/5

3 W.P.(MD)NO.4757 OF 2015 this order came to be passed, since there were disputes between two groups in the village. Now both the groups are parties to O.S.No.192 of 2013 and there is no law and order problem. There are two keys and pujas are being performed separately.

4. Recording the subsequent development, this writ petition stands disposed of. The rights of the parties will abide by the outcome of the civil suit in O.S.No.192 of 2013 on the file of the District Munsif, Virudhunagar. No costs.
