Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The writ petitioner is employed as Supervisor in the petition mentioned shop run by TASMAC. By the impugned order the writ petitioner has been transferred from Madurai East Taluk to Thiruparankundram Taluk. The stand of the writ petitioner is that such an order could not have been passed without concurrence from the Managing Director.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the TASMAC submitted that the order impugned in the writ petition has since been cancelled.

4. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
