ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent herein to conduct and complete the enquiry and pass orders to cancel the fraudulent registration of the documents in Document Nos.1454/2015, 1498/2018, 983/2020, dated 21.04.2015, 21.10.2019 and 13.08.2020, on the basis of the representation made by the petitioner on 16.09.2021, within the time frame fixed by this Court.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, it was brought to the notice of this Court that the second respondent/District Registrar, Virudhunagar, has already passed an order through proceedings, dated 18.07.2022 and the same was also placed before this Court. 2/4
3. In view of the above, nothing survives in this Writ Petition and accordingly, the same is closed. No costs.
