ORDER

This Writ Petition is disposed of at the time of admission with the consent 1/4

of the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent.

2. The petitioner appears to be a respondent in O.A.No11 of 2007 filed under Section 63(b) of the TN HR & CE Act, 1959.

3. It appears that the petitioner was set as ex parte and therefore, the petitioner has filed an application in I.A.No.24 of 2024.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent submits that the aforesaid application setting the petitioner as ex parte will be disposed of on merits on its turn.

5. Having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent, as no adverse orders are proposed to be passed at this stage against any of the respondents in the aforesaid application, there shall be a direction to the respondent to dispose of the aforesaid application of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three (3) months from 2/4

today.
