ORDER

The petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondent Police and has filed this petition that the respondent Police has not conducted the enquiry in a proper manner.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submits that based on the complaint of the petitioner, an enquiry has been conducted in CSR.No.244 of 2025 and the same was closed, on 01.07.2025.

3.Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed with a direction to the respondent Police to furnish a copy of the 2/4

closure report to the petitioner enabling him to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
