ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents to provide police protection for repairing, replacing and installing a new transformer in the place of existing transformer in the petition mentioned site.

W.P(MD)No.21109 of 2021 2.The petitioner had already send a communication to the District Collector, Kanyakumari. It is for the District Collector, Kanyakumari to take a call in the matter. Considering the urgency pleaded by the petitioner's counsel, the District Collector, Kanyakumari is directed to dispose of the petitioner's request on merits and in accordance with law and after hearing the concerned parties within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. The Registry is directed to mark a copy of this order to the District Collector, Kanyakumari District. No costs.
