Prayer :- This Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to set aside the judgment and decree in C.M.A.No.4 of 2021 dated 29-08-2022 passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Kuzhithurai and restore the order dated 10-03-2021 in I.A.No.1 of 2020 in O.S.No.230 of 2019 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Kuzhithurai and allow this civil revision petition. ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing earlier order of this Court dated 18/10/2022, and direct the Court below to dispose the of the Case in OS No.230 of 2019, with in a period of eight months, and the requisition letter dated 11/01/2024 in D.No.

422 of 2024-A, submitted by the Principal District Judge, Kanniykumari at Nagercoil, this Court made the following order: This case has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in C.M.A.No.4 of 2021. 2.This Court already disposed of the Civil Revision Petition by order dated 18.10.2022 and directed the trial Court to dispose of the case in C.M.A.No.

eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Thereafter, it was extended. Now the learned Additional District Judge, requests further time to dispose of the said case.

3.Considering the reasons assigned by the learned Additional District Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, three months time is granted for disposing C.M.A.No.4 of 2021 on the file of the learned Additional District Judge, Kuzhithurai, is directed to comply with the directions of this Court, without any further delay.
