ORDER

The petitioner has approached this court that the history sheet opened against the petitioner in view of the criminal case in SC No.206 of 2021 is not revoked so far.

2.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the case in SC.No.206 of 2021 was tried by the Principal Sessions Judge, Dindigul and the petitioner was acquitted by judgment dated 27.03.2025. According to him there is no other case pending as against the petitioner as on date.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that the judgment in SC No.206 of 2021 was passed on 27.03.2025. They would review the history sheet in the next meeting.

In view of the above, this is writ petition is closed with a direction to the respondent police to take a decision on the history sheet pending against the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
