Respondents/Respondents/Plaintiffs (4th Respondent is impleaded vide Court order dated 08.07.2022 made in CMP (MD)No.10574 of 2019 in CRP(MD)No.2771of 2018) Prayer : Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to call for the records relating to the order and decreetal order dated 05.05.2018 in I.A.380 of 2018 in O.S.No.16 of 2013 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Valliyoor and set aside the same and allow the CRP as prayed for and thus render justice.

ORDER: This Civil Revision Petitionis coming on for orders on this day under the caption "Extension of time for Lower Court" and upon perusing earlier orders of this Court dated 09.03.2023 and the requisition letter submitted by the Subordinate Judge, Valliyoor in D.No.1543/2023, dated 30.08.2023,seeking further extension of three months time for disposal of the case in O.S.No.

Subordinate Court, Valliyoor, this Court made the following order: This Court by order, dated 09.03.2023, passed in C.R.P.(MD)No.2771 of 2018 directed the Court of Subordinate Judge, Valliyoor, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.16 of 2013 within a period of three months.

2. Now the Subordinate Judge, Valliyoor, sent a letter bearing D.No.1543/2023, dated 30.08.2023 stating the reasons for not disposal of the suit within the time stipulated by this Court and sought further three months time, in view of the reasons stated in the said letter.

3. Having considered the reasons stated in the letter, in the opinion of this Court, it is appropriate to grant further three months time for disposal of the suit.

4. Accordingly, the time granted by this Court on 09.03.2023 shall stand extended with a direction to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.16 of 2013 on or before 10th January, 2024.
