Mr.S.Kameswaran, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondents.

2. A representation had been given on 04.10.2021 by the petitioner herein seeking death certificate with respect to the unfortunate death of his father. The petitioner had enclosed a death report form which indicates that his father, had died on 13.11.2001.

3. The respondents may issue notice to the petitioner herein, examine the records produced by the petitioner, issue notice to all his brothers/sisters and any other legal representatives, determine the facts raised in the representation and pass necessary https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD).No.21492 of 2021 orders. The representation should be disposed of within a period of sixteen (16) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
