Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the impugned auction sale notice dated 03.08.2024 published in the Dinakaran daily newspaper published by the 1st respondent and quash the same and direct the 1st respondent to conduct an enquiry on the objection petition filed by the petitioner under Rule-135 of The Tamilnadu Cooperative Societies Act 1983 and Rules 1988 dated 14.08.2024 within the time limit stipulated by this Court.
