Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The writ petitioner is a pensioner aged about 89 years. He only wants his wife's name to be changed in the PPO Form. Mrs.Betsey is the petitioner's wife. Her name is Betsey Paramanandham. But it appears to have been entered as Betsey Sundararajan. Since the petitioner wants to avoid complication in future, the change has been sought. The respondents 2 and 3 are directed to change the name of the petitioner's wife as sought for by him. 3.The writ petition is allowed accordingly.
