ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) Heard both sides.

2. In the revenue record, it has been mentioned as "epytpay; njU". We are therefore not inclined to interfere with the impugned order. It is also relevant to note that the petitioner had earlier filed a declaration suit but had allowed it to be dismissed for default. He had taken steps to have the same restored. The rights of the parties will abide by the outcome of the civil suit proceedings. We are not restraining the corporation authority from enforcing the impugned order. The Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
