This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for directing the second respondent to file the final report. 2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant. FIR itself was registered only on 02.09.2021. Not even three months have elapsed. The petitioner cannot rush to the Court for directing the authority to file the final report soon after registering an FIR. The petition has been prematurely filed. For this reason, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
