ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 to 3 not to give permission to any person or group separately to perform a temple festival or Vinayagar Sathurthi for Sree Vallaba Ganapathi Temple and Sree Nagathamman Temple or any other program situated in S.No.370 to the extent of 250 sq.ft in Kidangivayal village in the west-side of Udhayamanikkam, Aavudayar Taluk, Pudukkottai District based on the petitioner's representation dated 25.08.2024.

2.It is not in dispute that the petitioner earlier filed a petitioner with similar relief in W.P.(MD)No.19700 of 2024 and this Court, by recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that no representation has been received from the fourth respondent, directed the third respondent therein to ascertain whether any permission was obtained from the competent authorities to conduct festival, if not, third respondent should take necessary action in this regard. The petitioner has filed the present petition alleging that the fourth respondent has given permission. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for official respondents would submit that they have not given any permission to the fourth respondent.
4.Recording the same, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
