ORDER

After some arguments, learned counsel for writ petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition, but makes a plea that the writ petitioner's rights to pursue I.A.No.297 of 2019 being Interlocutory Application filed in O.S.No.276 of 2014 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Periyur, may please be preserved (uninfluenced by this Court order).

2.Though obvious, it is open to the writ petitioner to pursue the application and other remedies available in law to the writ petitioner in Civil Court.

3.Permitted to withdraw.

4.Instant Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn albeit preserving the right of the writ petitioner in the aforesaid manner. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
