ORDER

This petition is filed to condone the delay of 58 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.

2.Heard the counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the 1st respondent and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 2 to 4. 3.Though notice served on the 5th respondent and name is printed in the cause list, none appeared for the 5th respondent.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and taking into consideration that the respondents 1 to 4 have got no objection for condoning the delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 58 days, however, on payment of costs.

5.Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the delay is condoned on payment of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the High Court Legal Services Committee 2/3
