O R D E R

The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking a writ of Mandamus forbearing the Registering Authorities not to register any document as against the order of the Sub Judge, Ramanathapuram in I.A.No.88/13 in O.S.No.66/13, dated 30.05.2013.

2. A mandamus prayer has been sought for, based upon the civil Court order of Status - Quo. A perusal of the order of status quo indicates that, though the petitioner has prayed for an order of interim injunction as against the defendants therein not to alienate or encumber the property, the said prayer has not been granted and status quo order has been restricted only with regard to the possession of the property. Hence, the question of issuing mandamus as against the second respondent herein does not arise. 3/5

3. In view of the above said facts, no further orders are called for in the writ petition. Hence, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 27 .09.2022 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No ebsi To
