This writ petition has been filed seeking for a mandamus, directing the first and second respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 13.03.2015 seeking to re-consider the resolution passed by the fourth respondent.

2. Pending this writ petition, the petitioner had also made further representation on 30.03.2015. Such representation given by the petitioner

was rejected by the fourth respondent. As against the same, he has also preferred a writ petition in W.P.(MD).No.22394 of 2016, and the same has also been disposed of on 23.09.2020.

3.In view of the subsequent events, no further adjudication is required to be made in this writ petition and hence the same is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
