When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the detenu has been arrested on 05.10.2019 and remanded to judicial custody in Crime No.211/2019, which was registered on 12.09.2019, before the Judicial Magistrate, No.II, Palayamkottai. Recording the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
