[Order of the Court was made by M.DURAISWAMY,J.] The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to move the competent civil Court seeking for appropriate relief and also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. It is open to the petitioner to file a civil suit before the appropriate Court in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
