After filing this contempt petition the District Education Officer(Elementary Education), Paramakudi, has passed proceedings dated 04.01.2023 complying the order of this Court passed in W.A(MD)No.1163 of 2018 dated 26.02.2021 and time was granted to the learned counsel appearing for the contempt petitioners to verify whether the entire amount been sanctioned and paid in the said proceedings.
2.Today, the learned counsel for the contemt petitioners seeks time since he is not able to get
instruction from his client.
3. This Court is of the view that since the order dated 04.01.2023 has been passed with all the necessary calculation, there is no necessity to keep this contempt petition any further. Recording the proceedings of the District Education Officer, Paramakudi, dated 04.01.2023 this contempt petition is closed. Consequently, connected sub application is closed. If the contempt petitioners are aggrieved by any error in the calculation, it is always open to them to make representation to the authorities and if any such representation is made, same shall be considered and speaking order should be passed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the representation.
