Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the order passed by the first Respondent in No.Enf.B2/TN/TR/43150/SROTRY/2014-2015 dated 29.10.2014 and quash the same and consequently direct the recovery procedures more particularly the order of freezing of Bank Accounts in respect of respondents 3 to 5 without giving a copy to the petitioner as null and void.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned order, dated 29.10.2014.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned counsel appearing for the 1st and 2nd respondents submitted that the petitioner has already deposited the entire amount and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication. This said submission is recorded.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this writ petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. In case, if the respondents are taking further action under 14(b) and 7Q interest which is separate proceedings, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same, in accordance with law.
