This contempt petition has been filed to punish the Contemnors / Respondents for their willful disobedience of this Court order in Crl.OP. (MD)No.14428 of 2022 dated 11.08.2022.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that pursuant to the order of this Court dated 11.08.2022, Mrs.Nagakumari, was appointed as new Investigating Officer to investigate the case in Crime No.230 of 2020. He further submitted that now, the investigation has been completed and filed final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nanguneri on 03.01.2024.
