FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL IN CRIME NO. 33 OF 2021 ON THE FILE OF THE RESPONDENT POLICE.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police, for the alleged offences punishable under sections 419, 465, 466, 471, 420 and 120(b) IPC in Crime No.33 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant's mother namely, Shanmugavalli is the original owner of the disputed property in Survey No.78/28 and she died on 19.09.2018. The computerized patta was also in her name. A1, A2 and A3 impersonated A4 as if the defacto complainant's mother for executing the forged sale deed. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that this is the second petition filed by the petitioner for anticipatory bail. The earlier petition was dismissed by this Court on 22.10.2021.He further submits that the petitioner is ready to abide https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD) No.18679 of 2021 by any conditions imposed on him by this Court. Hence, he prayed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that this is the second anticipatory bail petition. Earlier petition filed by the petitioner for anticipatory bail was dismissed considering the petitioner's conduct and the nature of allegation levelled against him. It was also ascertained that he is not only a document writer, but he is also an Advocate.

5.Considering the antecedents of petitioner, and there is no change in circumstances, after the dismissal of earlier petition, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
