ORDER
This criminal revision case has been filed by the third party/ mother-in-law of the accused in Crime No.7 of 2019 pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, Vigilance and Anti-Corruption Wing, Madurai as against the order passed by the tiral in the application filed for return of Rs.26,96,500/- which was recovered by the investigating agency from the locker of the accused namely, One Illayaraja.
2.The mother-in-law of the accused Illayaraja filed the application before the Special Court for trial of Prevention of Corruption Act cases, Madurai in Cr.M.P.No.400 of 2019 claiming that the money recovered from the locker of the accused belonged to her. In support of her case, the petitioner produced a sale deed of the year 2018 and recovered from the locker of the accused Illayaraja was that sale amount.

Crl.R.C(MD)No.771 of 2019 3.This Court is not inclined to pass any orders on this petition pending the investigation as it would affect the course of investigation. Therefore, the counsel for the petitioner after obtaining instructions from the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with a liberty to renew the same after the final report is filed. He also made an endorsement to that effect.
4.In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to renew the application after filing of the final report in Crime No.7 of 2019.
