ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by Mr.T.Sakthi Kumaran, learned counsel appearing for the respondents that the original Mark Sheet of the petitioner is missing and if the petitioner is able to produce xerox copies of the Mark Sheet, the respondents are willing to give a certified copy of Mark Sheet. He further added that the petitioner has passed the examination in the year 1988 and the records are not available now.

2. I find the contention of the respondents appears to be sound and if xerox copy of the Mark Sheet is produced by the petitioner, the University may consider and issue a certified copy of Mark Sheet within fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.5004 of 2015 order after complying the statutory requirements. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No Costs.
