O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 and 2.

2. None appears for the third respondent.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly brings to my notice that O.S.No.308 of 2012 on the file of the District Munsif, Thirumangalam filed by the petitioner went against him. The learned counsel is not sure if any appeal is filed. If any appeal is filed, the rights of the parties will abide by the outcome of the suit proceedings.

4. With this observation, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
