This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned order of the 1st respondent in P94/2013, dated 06.12.2017. 2.Heard Mr.K.S.Vamsidhar, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Subburaj, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. Perused the materials available on record. 3.It is the case of the writ petitioner that the sister of the petitioner has executed gift settlement deed in favour of the petitioner on 18.05.2013 and the same was registered as P.No.94 of 2013. The properties of the petitioner's sister were managed by one Srinivasan. The said Srinivasan has fraudulently sold the property, which was gifted by his sister to the third party on 11.01.2023. In this regard, the petitioner has filed a civil suit against the said Srinivasan and others. Now the civil suit is pending.

4.It is stated that now the petitioner's sister, who had executed the settlement deed also died.

5.In such view of the matter, nothing remains to be decided in the writ petition. The petitioner's rights remain in the pending civil suit. 6.Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed.
