PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records from the respondents relating to the proceedings dated 08.05.2018 of Election/Selection of Office Bearers in the annual General Body Meeting and quash the same as illegal, improper, arbitrary without jurisdiction and contrary to the principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents to set aside the entire selection process of Office Bearers and to conduct the Election afresh in accordance with law and in consonance with the bylaw of the Society.

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to quash the proceedings of the Election/Selection of Office Bearers, dated 08.05.2018 in the annual General Body Meeting and consequently direct the respondents to set aside the entire selection process of Office Bearers and to conduct the Election afresh in accordance with law and in consonance with the bylaw of the Society.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. 3.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
