O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to produce the body of the detenue namely, Thulasimani, W/o.Kumar, aged about 24 years.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the third respondent police has registered a case in Crime No.155 of 2019 under Woman Missing. Thereafter, now the respondent police investigated the matter and also suspected that the victim eloped with one Vetri.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the third respondent police is directed to secure the victim and complete the investigation within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
