O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the order made in proceedings dated 25.03.2015 issued by the third respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to give permission to the petitioner for conducting "Adal Padal Show" at the evening hours on 08.04.2015, in the light of A/M.Anantha Marriamman Panguni Pongal Festival" at Saptur Village, Peraiyur Taluk, Madurai District.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, there is no representation on the side of the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents represented that the petition was filed to permit the petitioner for 2/4

conducting "Adal Padal Show" on the particular date i.e., on 08.04.2015 and now the time was over, thereby, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that already time was lapsed, nothing survives in this petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
