ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to give police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members from the respondents 6 to 9 and their associates on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 14.08.2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that the petitioner has earlier given a complaint against the private respondents and on that basis, FIR came to be registered in Crime No.205 of 2020 and after investigation, charge sheet came to be filed and is pending for trial and that subsequently the petitioner has given another complaint against the private respondents and on that basis, CSR No.212 of 2024 came to be registered and after enquiry, the same was ordered to be closed directing the petitioner to approach competent civil Court to redress his grievances.

3. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
