ORDER

The prayer in the writ petition is seeking for a Mandamus to direct the respondent Bank to sanction the educational loan for the academic year 2014-2015 as per the fee structure provided by the petitioner's college on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 28.10.2014. 2.Since the period, for which the educational loan had been sought for, is long over, no further adjudication is required to be made in this writ petition and the Writ Petition is accordingly closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
