J U D G M E N T

This Criminal Appeal is filed by the accused in SC No.128 of 2018, as against the order passed by the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR), Tirunelveli, in Cr.MP.No.2471 of 2023 in S.C.No.128 of 2018 and recall the warrant issued as against him. 2.When this Criminal Appeal is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel on either side submit that on the subsequent application filed by the accused, he was released on bail by the trial Court. Therefore, the learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Appeal. 3.In view of the above, this Criminal Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
