(MD).No.1/2015 dated 06.07.2015 by MMSJ) Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to survey and fix the boundaries of Petitioner's land measuring an extent of 38 1⁄2 cents out of 58 cents 333 links in Kanyakumari District, Thiruvattur Village Comprised Survey number 137/6 and directing the respondents 4 to 6 to give necessary police protection to the respondents 1 to 3 and to the petitioner, when surveying and fencing the property of the petitioner mentioned above.

ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.J.ARIVUKUMAR, Advocate for M/S.S.MEENAKSHI SUNDARAM, Advocate for the petitioner and MR.G.V.VAIRAM SANTHOSH, Additional Government Pleader on behalf of the Respondent Nos.1 to 6 and none appeared either in person or by an advocate on behalf of the Respondent Nos.7 to 9, the court made the following order:- This case is listed today under the caption "For reporting compliance".

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 6 submits that pursuant to the order of this Court dated 22.02.2023, survey has been concluded on 26.05.2023 and boundaries have also been identified and marked as per the Judgment and Decree dated 22.12.1997 passed in O.S.No.515 of 1995 on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Padmanabapuram.

3. The said submission is recorded and no further order is required in this writ petition.
