No.2826 of 2025, dated 19.02.2025.
ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P(MD)No.4443 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2826 of 2025 dated 03.04.2025.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have complied with the condition regularly.
4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court, in Crl.M.P(MD)No.4443 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2826 of 2025 dated 03.04.2025, is relaxed and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
