This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 2 to 4 to consider the representation dated 28.06.2023, 11.07.2023, 07.08.2023 and 08.08.2023 and consequently direct the 4th respondent to not to make any changes in the patta till the disposal of the civil suit in O.S.No. 200 of 2023 pending on the file of the Principal District Judge, Madurai.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent 1 to 5 and the learned counsel for the respondents 6 and 7.

3. The learned counsel on either side submit that the matter has become infrutuous and the cause does not survive. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
