ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to initiate appropriate action as against the third and fourth respondents herein.

2. According to the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, the third and fourth respondents herein are running a business, without any proper license. However, according to the learned Counsel for the writ petitioner the businesses run by the third and fourth respondents have already been closed. The said statement is recorded. Hence, no further orders are called for in the present writ petition.

3. In view of the above said facts, the writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
